My Roles at Arch Canada College

As a founding contributor to Arch Canada College's academic community, I serve in three complementary capacities — each reinforcing the college's commitment to excellence in Montessori teacher education.

Instructor

I deliver core Montessori ECE curriculum to student teachers, covering child development theory, Montessori philosophy, classroom design, and hands-on material presentations. My teaching bridges foundational principles with real-world classroom application.

Practicum Consultant

I guide and evaluate student teachers during their practicum placements, providing structured observations, constructive feedback, and professional mentorship. I work closely with host schools — including North FleetWood Montessori — to ensure students gain authentic, high-quality field experience.

Administrator

In my administrative capacity, I contribute to program planning, student support services, and the operational coordination of the college's ECE training programs. I help maintain the academic standards and accreditation requirements that define Arch Canada College's reputation.

The North FleetWood Connection

North FleetWood Montessori School serves as a premier practicum host site for Arch Canada College students. This partnership gives our school access to enthusiastic, well-trained student teachers while providing college students with an authentic, accredited Montessori environment in which to develop their craft.
